By downloading or using ReAnchor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ReAnchor is a decision journaling application that allows you to record important life decisions, set revisit dates, and perform structured doubt reviews. The App is designed as a personal reflection tool and does not constitute professional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, legal, or financial.
All content you enter into the App (decisions, notes, reflections) is stored exclusively on your device. Lynq Tech does not have access to, does not transmit, and does not store any of your content on external servers.
You are solely responsible for the content you enter and for maintaining backups of your data.
ReAnchor offers a premium tier unlocked via a one-time in-app purchase processed through Apple's App Store. Premium features include unlimited Doubt Reviews beyond the free tier.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm yourself or others. ReAnchor is a personal journaling tool and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lynq Tech does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
ReAnchor is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your country.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lynq Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data.
The App, including its design, code, and content (excluding user-entered data), is the intellectual property of Lynq Tech. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lynq Tech operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
